I play with the forms of lesbian, artist, writer, herbalist, designer and builder.

I recently “completed an education” – as far as an undergraduate degree goes – in sustainability studies.  Before beginning the degree, I traveled for three years researching, visiting, and living in intentional communities in order to define for myself what a home should be.  Then, for the last three years, I studied the skills it would take to build it: through independent learning contracts with Evergreen College, I practiced plant medicine, permaculture, sustainable design, and natural building. 

It is my dream to design and build, more than my own home and studio, a haven for those who will share in it with me.  To call on the creative and healing energies of land, warm ocean and fresh water, animals, gardening, plant medicine, painting, pottery, and music to express the Divine Spirit’s love for humankind.  For we are each living divinity, and we are One.   

At the moment, I am deep in hibernating sabbatical.  I am secure in the knowing that the Home I dream of already exists.  The land and community in which to bring this vision into being will show themselves to me when it’s time.
